Our centre is a collaboration of diverse health professionals, each with unique roles and responsibilities. It includes employed doctors who provide primary care, training GPs known as registrars completing their specialist training, independent doctors who offer specialised services, nurses who assist in patient care, patient services teams who handle administrative tasks, and allied health professionals who provide additional healthcare services.
At our practice, we want you to feel well taken care of. Each health professional, from our employed doctors to our training GPs (registrars) and independent doctors, is responsible for their own billings. We want you to feel assured about whether you will be charged and the exact amount you will be charged.

Each health professional decides on their fee at our practice, but some services, such as health assessments, are always bulk billed. Patients who are bulk billed at our practice include:

The Government sets the amount through the MBS for item numbers. However, the amounts approved for consultation often need to be increased to cover the costs of providing a high-quality medical service. At our practice, we value our health professionals and believe they are worth more than the Government's small value on their service. We strive to attract and maintain the best specialist general practitioners and provide high-quality service, so we choose not to bulk-bill everything.

At our clinics, we highly value your time. We understand that bulk-billing clinics often need to see more patients in an hour, which can result in shorter appointment times and delayed test results. That's why we strive to minimise waiting times and offer on-the-day appointments for urgent or severe problems and online bookings.
Additionally, we have an efficient recall and test result notification system, reducing the need for unnecessary follow-up appointments. Our dedicated staff ensures your experience is as pleasant as possible.

For your convenience, we offer a straightforward billing process. You'll need to pay for your consultation in full on the day of your visit. We'll then process your Medicare rebate immediately and return it to your bank account. We use Medicare Online Claiming, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our patients.
If you have any questions, our receptionists are happy to assist you. Please note that some services, such as employment medicals, are not eligible for a Medicare rebate. We recommend checking with our staff or your health professional if you are unsure about the rebate eligibility of a specific service.

Minor surgery services include skin cancer management, removal of skin lesions, biopsies, suturing of cuts and lacerations, and lancing abscesses, boils, and carbuncles. Additionally, fees for these procedures vary, and discussing and confirming the payable fees with your doctor during the initial consultation is essential.
After the Medicare rebate, the out-of-pocket expense will be $80, depending on the specific procedure performed. The minor surgery fees are payable at the final consultation following the procedure.
