Medical Receptionist – Six month maternity fill-in contract

Our Queen Street Medical Centres in Moruya, Broulee and Tuross offer a comprehensive range of health care services to the Eurobodalla community. We are seeking a receptionist to join our Patient Services team managing the frontline reception and admin operations of our busy practices.
As a medical receptionist you work under the support and guidance of senior team members and the patient services manager. Duties include managing patient appointments, patient liaison via phone and at reception, routine administrative tasks and above all – a commitment to service excellence to our patients and doctors.
For this role you are well presented, courteous and obliging and able to demonstrate sound judgement. You are flexible and adaptable with a capacity to prioritise your tasks and actively foster teamwork and collaboration with colleagues. Importantly, you can demonstrate how you will deliver the very best customer service when under pressure in a busy environment.
Previous experience in this role is desirable but not essential as training will be provided, however sound communication, administration and computer skills and experience are essential.
A casual position or other opportunities may be offered at the completion of the six-month full time contract position.
