As we receive the Department of Health vaccines, we are running regular Flu Vaccine Clinics to both manage the demand and minimise the risk of COVID-19 infection via social distancing at the clinic.

Each flu season, we give over 4,000 flu vaccinations to our patients, however the supply and quantity of the influenza vaccines are out of our control. Please do not call us. Stay tuned to our site.

Step 1: First check your eligibility for the free vaccine here

The following groups are eligible to receive free government-funded influenza vaccinations:

  • pregnant women (at any stage of pregnancy)
  • children aged 6 months to less than 5 years
  • people 65 years and older
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people 6 months and older

People 6 months and older with medical conditions that put them at risk of severe influenza, including:

  • heart disease
  • kidney disease
  • chronic respiratory conditions
  • chronic illnesses that required regular medical attention or hospitalisation in the previous year
  • chronic neurological conditions
  • impaired immunity
  • children aged 6 months to 10 years receiving long-term aspirin therapy.

If you are pregnant or a child 16 years and under, or if you have purchased your own vaccine – you may book a face to face appointment to have your flu shot.

There must be at least 14 days between the influenza vaccination and the COVID-19 vaccination.
