We have temporarily halted the admission of new patients.

We're sorry to inform you that we've had to put a temporary hold on accepting new patients at our Moruya and Broulee practices. We know this news might not be what you want to hear, but we're doing everything we can to ensure that our current patients receive the best care possible.
Rest assured, we'll update you as soon as we're able to accept new patients again. Thank you for your understanding.

For existing patients, book well in advance

If you are an existing patient, we suggest booking your appointments well in advance, even for routine check-ups and prescription renewals.
Due to limited availability with your usual GP, some doctors are experiencing wait times of up to 4 weeks. However, you can easily order your prescriptions and repeat referrals online.

What happens if you do not make your appointment

If, for any reason, you are unable to make your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid any charges. You may receive a reminder message via SMS the day before your appointment, which you can use to either confirm or cancel your appointment.
A missed appointment will result in a fee of $25 for standard appointments or $50 for double or new patient appointments. Before booking any further appointments, it is necessary to pay this fee.
We understand that circumstances can be unpredictable. We will consider each case individually, but please be mindful of others, as appointment availability is limited. We appreciate your understanding during these difficult times.
